We finished all of our big projects in visual development, so we've just had some quick exercises to do to stay sharp

Vis Dev environment

we had to create sitemaps for our environments, then were given one at random and to make an environment off of that.

I'm still struggling with environments. this was a good exercise though.

Visual Development Prop Design

For this vis dev project we were given a list of prompts to follow to create a prop. My prompt was along the lines of "it''s starting to rain and you don't speak the language." I created a translator poncho!

Illustration 2 assignment! Pick a Greek myth, do a book cover. Don't have much experience in book covers but this sure was fun. Especially the nymphs!

so far for this vis dev project we were randomly assigned an animal, and had to make several sketches with the basic anatomy of the animal, but it can't resemble the animal in any way.

My assigned animal was the blue footed booby!

they're really cute as babies.

Vehicles, Vehicles, Vehicles

As our second visual development project we were assigned to do vehicles. We were randomly assigned an adjective, and had to make vehicles based off of that adjective. My work was rainbow! We had to create a scouting vehicle, service vehicle, and an assault vehicle. My assault vehicle was chosen to be taken to finish.
