For my second semester of painting, our homework was to pick a topic, and do a series of 12, 12 x 12 paintings. I chose to do midnight snacks. I got a chance to experiment with different colored lighting, and who doesn't like painting food?(now making it look appetizing is the hard part) I found black gesso to be my saving grace on this project. In retrospect I probably should have taken pictures of these sooner before I shipped them, they got dirty in the process.
